Terms of service

Article 1. Purpose

These terms govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities of Skyfall Inc. (the “Company”) and users in connection with SnapFacePro (the “Service”), operated by the Company.

Article 2. The Service

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate profile and ID-style images based on photos uploaded by users.

Due to the characteristics of AI models, generated results may differ from the actual person. The Company does not guarantee any particular quality or level of resemblance.

Article 3. Formation of the agreement

The service agreement is formed when a user agrees to these terms and completes registration.

The Company may restrict registration by children under 14.

Article 4. Paid services and payment

The Company sells individual packages with fixed contents, such as 1 personal model training and 10 photos. Prices and contents are as shown on the Service’s pricing page.

Payments are processed by the payment service provider designated by the Company, Toss Payments.

Packages are valid for 6 months from the payment date. Unused portions expire at the end of this period. Refunds of unused portions before expiry are governed by the refund and cancellation policy.

Photo and training uses included in a package may only be used in the purchaser’s own account and may not be transferred, sold or rented to other users.

A full refund may be requested within 7 days of payment if no training, generation or retouching has been used. Partly used packages, partial cancellations and team products are handled under the refund and cancellation policy after checking the provided benefits and usage records. Statutory rights, including rights relating to defective results, remain protected. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Article 5. User obligations

Users must only upload their own photos or photos they are authorized to use. Users bear legal responsibility for unauthorized use of another person’s photos.

Generated images may not be used for illegal purposes, including forging or altering identification documents, fraud or defamation.

Article 6. Intellectual property and use of results

Users may freely use results generated through legitimate paid use of the Service for personal and commercial purposes.

Copyright and intellectual property rights in the Service itself belong to the Company.

Article 7. Personal information and uploaded photos

The Company protects users’ personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

Storage and deletion of uploaded originals and generated results are governed by the privacy policy.

Article 8. Changes to or suspension of the Service

The Company may change or suspend the Service for operational or technical reasons and will give advance notice of material changes.

Article 9. Disclaimer

The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters and external API outages.

Article 10. Dispute resolution and jurisdiction

Disputes relating to these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea and must be brought before a court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
