What photos should I upload?

Upload at least 5 selfies of yourself taken with your phone. Use mainly front-facing photos, with some variation in lighting and angle. Avoid photos where hats or sunglasses cover your face.

How long does model training take?

About 5 minutes. When training is complete, we show it on screen and notify you at your registered email address. You only need to train once per profile, using 1 training use. After that, choose a theme to create photos without uploading your selfies again.

What does each package include?

Each purchase provides a fixed package: Starter includes 1 personal model training and 10 photos; Pro includes 1 training and 30 photos; More photos includes 10 photos; Model training includes 1 training session.

Each photo generation or retouch, such as a smile or background change, uses 1 available photo. Packages are valid for 6 months from payment.

When are my uploaded selfies deleted?

Original selfies are set to expire 30 days after upload. Generated results are stored in your account so you can view and download them again.

Can I use the results on my resume or company profile?

Yes. You may freely use legitimately generated results for personal and commercial purposes. Illegal uses, such as forging or altering identification documents, are prohibited.

Can I submit an AI-generated ID-style photo?

SnapFacePro trains a personal AI model on at least 5 selfies to generate profile photos. AI results may differ from your actual appearance. Check that they resemble you before using them on a resume or internal company profile.

AI-generated or edited photos cannot be used for passport submission. For other identification documents or institutional submissions, check the receiving institution’s photography and editing requirements.

How is this different from free or very low-cost AI photo services?

Services differ in how they generate images and the features they provide. SnapFacePro trains a personal model on multiple selfies and creates photos in your chosen themes.

Model training takes about 5 minutes, with additional time needed for photo generation. We provide high-resolution result files for the photo uses consumed from your package.

Can I use a general-purpose AI tool instead?

General-purpose AI tools can also create images. SnapFacePro brings personal model training, separate profile management, theme selection and a gallery into one service.

Resemblance and quality depend on your input photos, theme and other factors. We do not guarantee an identical face in every result.

How can I change the photo dimensions or file size?

Use the photo resizer to adjust dimensions and file size and save as JPG. Processing happens in your browser. Resizing alone does not ensure that a photo meets submission requirements, and AI-generated or edited photos cannot be used for passports.

How can I print my photos?

You can print your downloaded high-resolution files at a nearby Printingbox self-service photo kiosk. Use the link below to find a location.

What if I do not like a result?

Use Generate again to create more photos in the same theme, or retouch a result’s smile, background, shine and other details. Each generated or retouched photo uses 1 available photo. If generation fails, the deducted photo use is restored automatically.

How do I use the family photo theme?

Create and train a profile for each family member, using 1 training use per profile. Then select 2–4 profiles in the family photo theme to combine them into one family photo.

What if my hairstyle changes?

Use Retrain in your profile to upload new selfies and update your model. The Korean storefront offers this package for ₩6,900 through Toss Payments; USD pricing and checkout are not yet available. Previously generated photos remain available.

Can my company or team use the service?

Team purchases are currently available through the Korean storefront. USD team checkout is being prepared. Existing team owners can invite members by email. Each member who accepts receives a package with 1 model training and 10 photos. For 50 or more people, contact inquiry@snapfacepro.com.

How do I request a refund?

Completely unused packages are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment, using the original payment method. See the refund and cancellation policy for the detailed conditions.
