AI use principles

1. Our commitments

Photos uploaded by users are used only to create their personal models. They are not used to train general-purpose AI models belonging to the Company or third parties.

Original photos are set to expire 30 days after upload. Rights in generated results belong to the user.

2. Consent

Users may only upload their own photos or photos of people who have lawfully consented to the photography and use.

Features involving multiple people, including family photos, require each person’s consent. A legal representative’s consent is required for minor children.

3. Prohibited uses

Uploading another person’s photos without consent to create a model

Using results for deception, including forging identification documents or certificates, or evading identity checks (KYC)

Creating or distributing deepfakes that impersonate or defame a specific person

Any other use that violates applicable law

4. Actions in response to violations

For accounts with confirmed violations, the Company may restrict service access, suspend the account or delete related data after giving advance notice, or notice afterward in urgent cases.

Where criminal activity is suspected, we cooperate with lawful requests from investigative authorities.

5. Reporting

If you suspect that your photos have been used without consent, report it to inquiry@snapfacepro.com. After verification, we will delete the relevant model and generated content without delay.
